It was a pleasure working with Cindy. She found my wife and I our first home. She was always dependable and worked her hardest to find the perfect house for us. We spent a lot of time looking for our home and she never gave up. She really cared about us and what we were looking for in a home. As a licensee, I was pursuing my home search myself. My home buying process started by touring a home that Cindy was listing, and she immediately grabbed my attention. You could tell how passionate she was about real estate, and how much she loves what she does. While that particular house was not for us, Cindy and I agreed that if she found me a house, I would work through her. She spent countless hours presenting opportunities to me and taking us on tours. Even though I was incredibly picky, and was looking for a $1M house in the $500k price range, she continued to work day and night to look for us, even though there wasn't even a guarantee I would use her if I found a home myself. Ultimately, after 15-20 options, Cindy found us an off-market opportunity that we fell in love with. We toured before anybody else did, put in our offer, and she worked her magic with the listing broker so that they took our offer even though they had three back up offers. Cindy proved that Redfin and Zillow are simply not enough in today's marketplace.Cindy is incredibly kind, hardworking, and good at what she does for a living. I now consider her a friend, and anybody that works with her will feel truly lucky to have her on their team. She even got us multiple gifts for our dog, baby, and housewarming. Hopefully she has some money left for herself!5 STARS for Cindy, thanks for finding our dream home!!!

Cindy has a deep understanding of the Chicago North Shore real estate market and immediately made recommendations about how my house should be marketed. I had already repainted and done upgrades and she said the house was ready to list. The recommendation of starting price was right on and led to 18 visits by buyers in two weeks, with two offers. The Buyers she recommended were very easy to work with, even though we had a three week close. Cindy worked well with the Buyers agent and my lawyer, both of whom she already knew. The inspections and close went very well and I was pleased with the professional manner in which Cindy completed the sale of my house. I highly recommend her.
